Specialist in managing interaction with companies

The Administrative Center is a new division of Advisability Group, specializing in providing support and asset management services for shareholders. The Center supports and develops rules of interaction between the Administrative Center and companies managed by shareholders.

Our division aims to create a unified knowledge base and information exchange models that will help our customers effectively manage their assets. We are currently expanding our team of highly skilled professionals and looking for a strong specialist in managing interaction with companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a set of rules and regulations for the work of the Board of Partners, the Board of Directors, as well as for interaction between the Board of Partners and CEOs of each project
  • Run models for sharing information between shareholders and companies, including financial reports, key metrics, and updates on ongoing projects
  • Be involved in shaping the organizational and legal structure of the company

You are a good fit if:

  • Have experience in managing interaction with companies aimed at supporting shareholders and asset management
  • Understand the processes of supporting agreements and monitoring the fulfillment of conditions at the middle manager level
  • Have experience in developing and implementing information exchange models
  • Have skills in managing non-linear projects with complex structure
  • Know the areas of financial management and KPIs
