Sales Manager (SEO traffic)

Our expertise lies in boosting websites to the top 1 ranking on search engines within a mere 6 weeks, achieved through meticulous audits and effective SEO strategies. We excel in promoting apps to the top of App Store and Google Play charts, significantly boosting download figures. Additionally, we expertly procure traffic across 20+ websites to amplify the efficacy of advertising campaigns.

Presently, we are in search of talented professionals to join our team, and we’re actively seeking an accomplished Sales/Account manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing sprint tasks and workload allocation, assisting the supervisor with planning
  • Engaging with new and existing advertisers through various channels, including correspondence, in-person meetings, and conferences
  • Successfully negotiating and closing deals with advertisers to meet the sales plan
  • Working closely with a team of SEO specialists and copywriters depending on GEO/product/project to set goals
  • Negotiating and finalizing terms of cooperation with advertisers, while overseeing the technical integration of offers
  • Improving the terms of traffic monetization, including higher payout rates and better payout percentages with advertisers, conducting split tests, and exploring alternative products
  • Maintaining records of advertiser accounts, closing documents, reconciliations, payouts, and terms of service
  • Researching and monitoring the market, exploring new products to develop and implement projects
  • Analyzing traffic to increase department profitability and meet KPIs
  • Processing and analyzing traffic monetization data

You are a good fit if:

  • You possess sales and account management experience in the performance marketing niche (affiliate marketing and traffic arbitrage experience is an advantage)
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships come naturally to you
  • You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in working with data and analytics systems, such as Google spreadsheets, and reports, and understanding the factors you can influence
  • You have at least 2 years of B2B experience
  • Speak English at a C1 level or higher
  • Possess self-management, communication, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking skills
  • Have strong management skills (experience in managing 2–3 people, setting, controlling, and monitoring tasks)
  • Negotiating skills and the ability to work with objections (experience in negotiating deals and getting the necessary deal)

Knowledge of tools such as Affise, Binom, Ahrefs, Keitaro, Postback, and Hubspot is a plus
