Sales Manager (SEO traffic)

We are an international group headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia, with other offices located around the world. The holding company includes three brands: Alfaleads, Alfasearch, and Appska. We operate across performance marketing, online advertising, and IT.

The Alfasearch team (SEO, ASO, Media Buying) is looking for a strong Sales Manager. You will be responsible for scaling projects.

You will be responsible for

  • Managing tasks, distributing workload, and assisting the manager with planning
  • Communicating through correspondence, face-to-face meetings, and conferences with new and existing advertisers
  • Successful negotiation and closing of deals with advertisers to achieve planned revenues
  • Working closely with and managing a team of SEO specialists, copywriters (depending on GEO/product/project)
  • Collaborating with advertisers to agree on offers, terms and conditions, and overseeing technical integration to drive traffic
  • Improving traffic monetization terms (higher rates, bigger advertiser payouts, split-testing, and research of product alternatives)
  • Maintaining records of advertiser accounts, closing documents, reconciliations, payouts, and terms of service
  • Researching and monitoring the market, developing new products, and implementing projects
  • Traffic analysis to increase department profitability and meet KPIs
  • Processing of analytical data on traffic monetization

What we expect

  • Active sales and recruiting experience in the Performance Marketing niche (affiliate marketing experience is preferred)
  • Ability to build and develop long-term client relationships
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with data and analytics systems
  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B experience
  • C1 level conversational English
  • Self-managing skills, communication skills, emotional intelligence, critical thinking skills
  • Strong management skills (experience managing two or three people): setting, controlling, and monitoring tasks
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (working with Google spreadsheets; creating reports; understanding our areas of influence and control)
  • Negotiation skills, objection handling skills, deal negotiation experience, closing the right deal
  • Knowledge of the following tools is a plus: Affise, Binom, Ahrefs, Keitaro, Postback, Hubspot
