  • Innovate and enhance our recruiting processes and tools
  • Collaborate with the team to refine HR services and streamline business operations
  • Dive into metrics and analytics
  • Engage with department heads
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
  • Help in shaping the HR department’s structure

You are a good fit if:

  • You have experience in Internet/Affiliate Marketing or a strong desire to perfect your knowledge of this industry
  • Your recruiting journey spans 2–5 years, encompassing diverse areas, and you’re prepared to manage multiple hires across different units simultaneously
  • Articulating a clear recruitment strategy and logic is second nature to you
  • You’re enthusiastic about being the company’s face in the marketplace and serving as the focal point of expertise for recruiters
  • You’re excited about networking and attending conferences, including international ones
