We’re expanding and developing our recruitment team and are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join us on this exciting journey.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end employee recruitment across various levels
Innovate and enhance our recruiting processes and tools
Collaborate with the team to refine HR services and streamline business operations
Dive into metrics and analytics
Engage with department heads
Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
Help in shaping the HR department’s structure
Contribute to the development and nurturing of our corporate culture

You are a good fit if:

You have experience in Internet/Affiliate Marketing or a strong desire to perfect your knowledge of this industry
Your recruiting journey spans 2–5 years, encompassing diverse areas, and you’re prepared to manage multiple hires across different units simultaneously
Articulating a clear recruitment strategy and logic is second nature to you
You’re enthusiastic about being the company’s face in the marketplace and serving as the focal point of expertise for recruiters
You’re excited about networking and attending conferences, including international ones
