Project Manager

We are organizing a major offline affiliate marketing conference in Belgrade, Serbia. This event promises to be a significant highlight in the industry, bringing together leading sponsors and influencers from around the globe.

Due to our expanding team, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and allocate resources for the successful conference execution, including a large exhibition and additional events.
Develop a roadmap and create a project management system.
Form and coordinate working groups.
Oversee project activities at all stages.
Prepare interim and final reports.

What we expect:

At least 2 years of project management experience in event management, specifically with large conferences, exhibitions, or congresses.
Understanding of the specifics of affiliate marketing event projects.
Proficiency in English, sufficient for project negotiations and meetings.
