New Business Manager (Influencer Marketing)

Appska, a part of the Advisability Group, is a global performance marketing agency with expertise in In-App Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Media Buying. We excel in promoting mobile apps across diverse GEOs and verticals, working with more than 150 traffic sources. Our Influencer Marketing team specializes in launching advertising campaigns encompassing a range of formats, including unique special projects, events, live streams, contests, and creative formats.

Presently, we are in search of talented professionals to join our team, and we’re actively seeking an accomplished Business Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Exploring new verticals within the influencer marketing niche
  • Prospecting and onboarding new clients, managing both incoming and outgoing inquiries from the team’s wish list
  • Offering comprehensive support for new client projects and transitioning them to the client services department
  • Ensuring the quality of project execution
  • Conducting thorough database upkeep and generating a weekly report within the CRM system
  • Ongoing research of the global Influencer Marketing market, including its size, key players, and trends
  • Developing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans
  • Participating in specialized events and conferences related to influencer marketing

You are a good fit if you:

  • Possess relevant experience in agency sales
  • Are fluent in English (part of the interview will be conducted in English)
  • Hold expert knowledge of the digital market
  • Understand terminology such as CPI, CPA, CPV, CPM, etc.
  • Can identify new, essential contacts
  • Have the ability to independently establish your work processes
  • Have effective communication skills at the highest level
  • Comprehend sales techniques and know how to leverage the right tools
  • A focus on achieving results and personal development

Experience in influencer marketing and iGaming is an advantage.
