Lead Business Development Manager (In-App)

Appska, a part of the Advisability Group, is a global performance marketing agency with expertise in In-App Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Media Buying. We excel in promoting mobile apps across diverse GEOs and verticals, working with more than 150 traffic sources. Our Influencer Marketing team specializes in launching advertising campaigns encompassing a range of formats, including unique special projects, events, live streams, contests, and creative formats.

Presently, we are in search of talented professionals to join our team, and we’re actively seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture enduring client relationships
  • Oversee and ensure the team attains their KPIs
  • Inspire and supervise the team’s interactions with clients, upholding a high level of service
  • Enhance the performance of the team (RU) and aim to boost financial outcomes and profits
  • Strategize and augment budget figures aligned with established goals and targets
  • Guarantee that all customer relations activities and processes adhere to the state law about digital advertising
  • Analyze and collaborate on budget reports, initiating measures to streamline costs and enhance financial efficiency
  • Monitor accounts receivable and take requisite measures to minimize outstanding balances

You are a good fit if:

  • You possess sales experience, having worked as a Sales Manager, Hunter, or in a BizDev role
  • You boast a minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital industry
  • You’re eager to take on the role of a mentor, capable of autonomously advancing sales and enhancing the professional skills of your team members
  • You’re proactive in your approach and dedicated to delivering tangible outcomes for both yourself and the team
  • You possess a deep understanding of and can analyze key indicators, metrics, and tools within the digital marketing niche
  • Your organizational skills are top-notch, enabling you to effectively delegate tasks within the team
  • You are results-driven and dedicated to continuous professional growth
  • Your analytical and critical thinking abilities allow you to dissect data and make well-informed decisions
  • You have the capacity to swiftly navigate through a substantial workload and vast information to ensure efficient process management
