Business Development Manager
We are an international group headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia, with other offices located around the world. The holding company includes three brands: Alfaleads, Alfasearch, and Appska. We operate across performance marketing, online advertising, and IT.
Now the Appska team (In-App, Influencer Marketing, Media Buying) is looking to hire a Business Development Manager.
You will be responsible for
- Finding new clients
- Negotiating the best terms of cooperation
- Developing commercial proposals
- Conducting live meetings with clients
- Project transfer to accounting
- Analyzing and monitoring the market and competitors
- Develop lead generation opportunities on your own
- Working with wish lists
- Maintain funnel in a CRM system
- Attending and reporting on professional conferences and events (ability to justify conference choices)
What we expect
- B2B sales experience
- Work experience in the digital niche
- Experience with performance marketing agency and/or affiliate network and/or product company
- Understanding of terms such as LTV, CPI, CPA, etc.
- Ability to manage your work schedule online
