Business Development Manager

Appska, a part of the Advisability Group, is a global performance marketing agency with expertise in In-App Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Media Buying. We excel in promoting mobile apps across diverse GEOs and verticals, working with more than 150 traffic sources. Our Influencer Marketing team specializes in launching advertising campaigns encompassing a range of formats, including unique special projects, events, live streams, contests, and creative formats.

Presently, we are in search of talented professionals to join our team, and we’re actively seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Finding new clients
  • Negotiating the best terms of cooperation
  • Developing commercial proposals
  • Conducting live meetings with clients
  • Project transfer to accounting
  • Analyzing and monitoring the market and competitors
  • Develop lead generation opportunities on your own
  • Working with wish lists
  • Maintain funnel in a CRM system
  • Attending and reporting on professional conferences and events (ability to justify conference choices)

You are a good fit if you have:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Work experience in the digital niche
  • Experience with performance marketing agency and/or affiliate network and/or product company
  • Understanding of terms such as LTV, CPI, CPA, etc.
  • Ability to manage your work schedule online
  • Adaptability to change
  • Results and development focus
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Understanding the principles of mobile attribution trackers: Appsflyer, Adjust, Appmetrica, etc will be an advantage.
