Backoffice Specialist

Presently, we are in search of talented professionals to join our team, and we’re actively seeking an accomplished Backoffice Specialist.

  • Conduct reconciliation of conversions with clients, resolving any discrepancies through negotiation
  • Prepare data for monthly reporting purposes
  • Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate actions
  • Utilize various tools such as Asana, Affise, Appsflyer, CRM, and Airtable
  • Review and process invoices received from clients for payment
  • Delegate tasks to the accounting department for billing documents and ensure organization of necessary materials
  • Engage in business correspondence with clients in both Russian and English

You are a good fit if you have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, back office, accounting, or analytics
  • Proficient understanding of financial documents, contractual terms, and conditions
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency
  • Professional expertise in 1C and Excel, including advanced features like summary tables and formulas, including VLOOKUP
  • Experience handling large databases with meticulous attention to numerical details
  • Familiarity with the nuances of digital advertising is advantageous
