Affiliate Manager

Appska, a part of the Advisability Group, is a global performance marketing agency with expertise in In-App Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Media Buying. We excel in promoting mobile apps across diverse GEOs and verticals, working with more than 150 traffic sources.

Presently, we are in search of talented professionals to join our team, and we’re actively seeking an accomplished Affiliate Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Launch advertising campaigns
  • Monitor the quality and optimization of ad campaigns
  • Perform reconciliations with networks
  • Work with traffic attribution systems
  • Scale existing offers and identify growth points
  • Maintain and develop relationships with traffic sources
  • Integrate new traffic partners

You are a good fit if you:

  • Have 1 year or more experience as an affiliate manager
  • Possess English language skills at a B2+ level
  • Are familiar with CPA, CPL, CPR, CPI, and Mobile In-App Traffic (or eager to understand the intricacies of the latter)
  • Know how to work with networks and traffic sources
  • Enjoy maintaining ongoing communication with partners
  • Have strong communication abilities
  • Are focused on achieving results and personal development
  • Can work in a team environment
  • Can quickly navigate large amounts of tasks and information
  • Are proactive and independent
