Presently, we are in search of talented professionals to join our team, and we’re actively seeking an accomplished Account Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise sprint tasks, allocate work, and assist the supervisor with scheduling
  • Engage with new and existing advertisers through various channels, including correspondence, in-person meetings, and conferences
  • Skillfully negotiate and close deals with advertisers to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with the SEO team and copywriters, depending on the GEO, product, or project
  • Negotiate and finalize terms of cooperation with advertisers, while overseeing technical integration of offers
  • Improve the terms of traffic monetization, including higher payout rates and better payout percentages with advertisers, conducting split tests, and exploring alternative products
  • Maintain records of advertiser accounts, closing documents, reconciliations, payments, and terms of service
  • Research and monitor the market and new products to develop and implement projects
  • Analyze traffic data to boost department profitability and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Process and analyze traffic monetization data

You are a good fit if:

  • You possess sales and account management experience in the performance marketing niche (affiliate marketing and traffic arbitrage experience is an advantage)
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships come naturally to you
  • You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in working with data and analytics systems, such as Google spreadsheets, and reports, and understanding the factors you can influence
  • You have at least 2 years of B2B experience
  • Your English language proficiency is at least C1 level
  • You exhibit self-management, communication, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking skills
  • Your management skills are well-developed, including experience in supervising 2–3 people, setting tasks, and effectively monitoring progress
  • You excel in negotiation and objection handling
  • You have a track record of successfully closing deals

Knowledge of tools such as Affise, Binom, Ahrefs, Keitaro, Postback, and Hubspot is an advantage
