Account manager (In-App)

Appska, a part of the Advisability Group, is a global performance marketing agency with expertise in In-App Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Media Buying. We excel in promoting mobile apps across diverse GEOs and verticals, working with more than 150 traffic sources.

Presently, we are in search of talented professionals to join our team, and we’re actively seeking an accomplished Account Manager.


  • Engage with both existing and prospective clients, negotiating terms and cultivating enduring partnerships
  • Collaborate with clients to facilitate the promotion of mobile applications
  • Identify areas of growth and enhancements in the advertiser interaction models, ensuring consistent progress
  • Oversee and assess the quality of traffic
  • Generate regular reports
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations and oversee documentation approvals
  • Participate in specialized events such as conferences and meet-ups, and conduct in-person meetings with clients

You are a good fit if you have:

  • Previous experience in an affiliate network, digital agency, or in a product-oriented role related to mobile applications
  • Proficiency in working with Google Spreadsheets and Excel
  • Familiarity with tracking systems such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Appmetrica, etc.
  • English language skills at B2 level or higher
  • Strong communication abilities
  • A focus on achieving results and personal development
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Quick adaptability to diverse tasks and information
  • Skills in online work schedule organization
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • An understanding of fundamental terminology such as LTV, CPI, CPA, etc., and the ability to analyze these metrics
